These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of www.simplysimplestamping.com (the "Website"), operated by Simply Simple Stamping, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"), an Oklahoma-based business.
Our Website offers crafting tutorials, educational content, digital downloads, online courses, Creativate Retreat registrations, and selected physical merchandise.
Please read these Terms carefully before using our Website, creating an account, registering for an event, or making a purchase.
By accessing or using our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms. When purchasing products or services, you may also be asked to acknowledge and accept these Terms during checkout.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. Website Eligibility and Customer Accounts
Our Website is primarily intended for adults interested in paper crafting, card making, and related creative activities.
You must be at least 18 years old to create a customer account or register for content requiring an individual account.
Purchases involving minors must be completed by a parent or legal guardian who accepts responsibility for the transaction.
Customers who create accounts are responsible for:

Maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
All activity conducted through their accounts.
Contacting us promptly if they suspect unauthorized account access.
Accounts created to access purchased courses, memberships, digital materials, or Creativate Retreat content are intended for individual use only.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for serious violations of these Terms, including fraud, unauthorized distribution of purchased materials, account sharing, or interference with Website security, subject to applicable laws and contractual obligations.

Unless otherwise indicated, the original content on this Website, including written tutorials, photographs, graphics, instructional videos, downloadable materials, and website content, is owned by Simply Simple Stamping, LLC or used with permission from the applicable rights holders.
Certain Creativate Retreat tutorials, designs, videos, and instructional materials may belong to participating instructors or other contributors, who retain their respective intellectual property rights.
Copyright and other intellectual property laws protect these materials.
Purchasing a tutorial, digital download, course, or retreat registration grants you permission to use the purchased materials under the terms described below. It does not transfer copyright ownership.

Copy, reproduce, or redistribute purchased tutorial files.
Share downloadable PDFs, course materials, or instructional videos with others.
Upload purchased materials to publicly accessible websites, social media groups, or file-sharing services.

Remove copyright notices or falsely claim ownership of another creator's work.

3. Permitted Use of Tutorials and Crafting Projects
We encourage customers to enjoy using the techniques and inspiration provided through our tutorials.
Customers may:
Create handmade cards and other projects for personal enjoyment.
Give completed handmade projects as gifts.
Sell finished handmade cards or crafts, including through small-scale crafting businesses.
Use the techniques demonstrated in purchased tutorials when teaching their own crafting classes.
Share photographs of their completed projects, with appropriate attribution to the original creator.
Attribution is required when sharing photographs of projects made using or directly inspired by our tutorials.
When applicable, please credit Simply Simple Stamping or the original Creativate instructor whose design inspired your project.
Permission to teach a crafting class or sell completed handmade projects does not include permission to reproduce, distribute, resell, or provide purchased instructional files to class participants or customers.
Individuals who wish to access the original purchased tutorial materials must obtain their own authorized copies or access.
Any broader use of copyrighted materials requires permission from the applicable copyright holder.
4. Digital Products and Downloadable Materials
Our Website offers digital products that may include PDF tutorials, downloadable instructional collections, digital books, and other educational resources.
Digital products are delivered electronically through the applicable Squarespace delivery system or another method identified at purchase.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they have compatible software and equipment to access purchased materials.
Digital product purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law or expressly authorized by us.
Digital purchases grant the customer a personal, nontransferable license to use the materials in accordance with these Terms.
Download Availability
PDF tutorials are available through download links that expire 24 hours after purchase. Standard Squarespace digital download links expire after 24 hours. When supported by Squarespace, customers may request a refreshed download link using the original expired link or by contacting Simply Simple Stamping.
Customers are responsible for saving and maintaining their downloaded files. Purchased digital materials may not be redistributed, shared, or resold.
Expiration of a download link does not prohibit continued authorized personal use of a file successfully downloaded during the permitted period.

We will make reasonable efforts to assist with verified access or delivery issues.
5. Creativate Retreat Registration and Access
Simply Simple Stamping offers registration for Creativate Retreats and access to related instructional content.
Each retreat may include a combination of video tutorials, downloadable project instructions, educational materials, and other features described on its registration page.
The content, schedule, pricing, and benefits of each retreat will be communicated through the applicable product or registration description.
Registration and Early-Bird Offers
Creativate Retreats may offer different registration periods, including early-bird and general registration.
Early-bird registration may include additional bonuses or materials not included with general registration.
Specific early-bird benefits, eligibility requirements, and deadlines will be described in the applicable promotional materials or registration offer.
Registration offers and bonuses are available only under the conditions stated for the applicable retreat.
Access to Purchased Retreat Content
Customers who complete registration receive access to the content included in their purchased registration.
Purchased retreat access is intended to remain available for the lifetime of the content's availability on the applicable platform, subject to these Terms and any more specific access promises made at the time of purchase.
Closing a registration period does not automatically terminate access for customers who have already purchased the retreat.
Customers retain access according to the terms of their original purchase.
Although we intend to maintain access to eligible retreat materials, continued availability may be affected by changes in technology, hosting services, legal requirements, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Any material changes affecting purchased access will be handled in accordance with the original purchase terms and applicable law.
Individual Registration
Each Creativate Retreat registration is intended for one participant.
Registrations, login credentials, videos, and purchased instructional materials may not be shared with other individuals or crafting groups.
Each person wishing to obtain access must complete their own registration or receive authorization through an applicable group arrangement offered by the organizers.
Cancellations and Refunds
Creativate Retreat registration purchases are final and nonrefundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly provided in the registration offer.
We encourage customers to carefully review event details, dates, access requirements, and included content before purchasing.
Changes to Retreats
Creativate organizers may occasionally need to adjust event schedules, presenters, activities, or instructional content.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify affected participants of significant changes.
If an event must be postponed, substantially modified, or canceled by its organizers, available remedies will be determined according to the circumstances, the terms of the original offer, and applicable law.
6. Memberships and Subscription Services
Simply Simple Stamping may offer paid memberships or subscription-based content through Squarespace in the future.
When such memberships become available, their specific benefits, prices, and billing details will be disclosed before purchase.
Recurring Billing
Unless otherwise stated in a particular offer, paid monthly memberships will automatically renew each month until canceled.
By enrolling in a recurring subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge your selected payment method at the disclosed billing interval.
Customers are responsible for maintaining valid payment information.
Canceling a Subscription
Customers may cancel eligible recurring memberships through their Squarespace customer accounts.
Unless otherwise stated at purchase, cancellation prevents future recurring charges and membership access continues through the end of the current paid billing period.
Previously processed subscription payments are generally nonrefundable, except where required by law or otherwise expressly provided.
Subscription access may end after the applicable paid period expires.
YouTube Memberships
Simply Simple Stamping may also provide links to Connie's YouTube Membership.
YouTube Memberships are purchased, billed, and managed through YouTube rather than our Squarespace store.
YouTube's applicable membership, billing, cancellation, and refund terms govern those purchases.
7. Physical Merchandise and Shipping
Our Website may offer physical products, including printed books and Creativate clothing or merchandise.
Physical merchandise is available to customers in the United States only.
Customers outside the United States may purchase eligible digital products but cannot purchase physical merchandise that is designated for U.S.-only fulfillment.
Order Fulfillment
Printed books may be shipped through fulfillment services arranged by Simply Simple Stamping.
Creativate clothing may be produced and shipped by independent third-party manufacturers or fulfillment providers.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed during checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.
Processing and Delivery
Any shipping or delivery estimates provided are based on available information and may vary due to production schedules, carrier delays, holidays, or other circumstances.
We cannot guarantee delivery on a particular date unless expressly agreed.
We will comply with applicable requirements concerning shipment deadlines, delay notifications, cancellations, and refunds.
Order Changes
If you need to modify or cancel a physical merchandise order, contact Connie@SimplySimpleStamping.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests received before order processing or production begins, but changes and cancellations are not guaranteed.
8. Returns, Refunds, and Order Problems
Unless otherwise expressly stated, printed books, clothing, digital downloads, and Creativate Retreat registrations are final-sale purchases.
We generally do not accept returns or offer refunds for changes of mind, subject to applicable law. See our Refund & Return Policy page
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email Connie@SimplySimpleStamping.com, preferably within seven days of delivery.
Include your order number, a description of the problem, and photographs if available.
We will review the circumstances and work with the appropriate fulfillment provider to determine an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or another remedy.
The requested seven-day notification period does not limit rights or remedies that customers may have under applicable law.
Lost or Missing Shipments
If an order does not arrive, please contact us so we can investigate the shipment with the appropriate carrier or fulfillment provider.
Available remedies will depend on the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.
Digital Delivery Problems
Customers experiencing difficulty accessing a purchased digital file or course should contact us for assistance.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve verified technical access and delivery problems.

Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be waived.
9. Payments and Pricing
Payments made directly through our Website are handled through Squarespace Payments and its associated payment processing services.
Prices are displayed in the currency indicated at checkout.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other disclosed fees may be added during checkout.
We reserve the right to update product pricing, availability, and promotional offers.
Price changes do not retroactively alter completed purchases unless required by law or agreed with the customer.
In the event of a material pricing or product listing error, we may contact the customer to determine an appropriate resolution, including cancellation and refund where necessary.

Our Website may contain links to outside services, including Stampin' Up!, YouTube, Pinterest, Instagram, and Facebook.
These services operate independently and may have their own terms, privacy policies, payment procedures, and customer service practices.
Stampin' Up! Purchases
Connie participates as an independent Stampin' Up! demonstrator.
Purchases made through Connie's linked Stampin' Up! online store are completed through Stampin' Up!, not through Simply Simple Stamping's Squarespace checkout.
Those purchases are governed by the terms, pricing, shipping, return policies, and customer service procedures applicable to the Stampin' Up! store.
Simply Simple Stamping's policies for products sold directly through this Website do not replace the policies governing purchases through Stampin' Up!.
Other External Services
Memberships purchased through YouTube and purchases completed through other independent websites are subject to the applicable provider's terms.
We are not responsible for the independent operation, policies, or content of third-party websites, except to the extent liability cannot legally be excluded.
